**Job Title: Head/Co-Head of Project Development (Large-Scale Mixed-Use Complex)**

**Core Responsibilities**:
- Lead the full development life cycle, and oversee design coordination, construction management, and quality control across all project phases. Ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgets and standards.
- Review architectural/engineering drawings (including CAD deliverables).
- Manage geo-technical, structural, and MEP engineering requirements.
- Refine and execute the planned development road map.
- Implement project controls including schedule optimization and risk mitigation.
- Lead progress reviews and reports to key stakeholders.
- Build and lead a high-performing project team of internal and external resources.
- Maintain detailed cost tracking and forecasting systems.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, PMP, MRICS, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
- 12+ years in full life cycle commercial mixed-use developments.
- Proficient in reviewing CAD/BIM deliverables (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
- Strong understanding of structural systems and building services (MEP).
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken), Portuguese or Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, contractors).
- Strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills, ability to bridge international business practices.
- Deep understanding of European/International construction methodologies, International project experience across multiple markets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced, global environment
