**We are looking for**:
- A trainee to process day-to-day activities and provide administrative support to the Customer Service NAM team
**We count on you to**:
- Manage effective and accurate order entry, invoicing and needed follow-ups- Register Customer complaint and follow-up- Run and distribute various CS reports- Provide support with different administrative tasks to the CS team- Act pro-actively to identify process and system improvements
**You will bring**:
- Fluent English- Strong customer focus- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Attention to detail- Ability to work independently and within a team (team player mindset)- Ability to work in a fast moving, business intense environment, at high accuracy and speed- Willingness to act proactively and identify opportunities for improvement- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Suite- SAP and Salesforce knowledge would be a plus
**You will get**:

**Additional information**:
- 12 month Internship- Late shift (14h-23h)- Location: Lisbon, Portugal- Hybrid working model (up to 3 times per week from home)
