To make a difference with us, all you need to do is bring your **human best.** **Job Title: Commercial Finance Manager**: The Commercial Finance Manager is a member of the Portugal finance team and will act as a point of contact to the Iberia Finance team. He/she will report to the Iberia Financial Planning & Analysis Lead. **Responsibilities**: - Build reliable forecasts, monitor and report financial performance and propose timely corrective actions in order to achieve financial targets. - Act as link between local leadership team and the rest of Iberia Finance team. - Coordination, consolidation and reporting of Portugal financials for consolidation to the Iberia Cluster. - Provide key financial support to Local Leadership team. - Coordinate the preparation of OL, LE, MYR & ASP. - Analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales and expenses. - Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modelling tools. - Provide Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis. **What will you do - responsibilities**: - Manage Financial Planning and Budgeting activities for Portugal market, ensuring short and long-term business results predictability. - Identify, define and evaluate potential business scenarios and their budgetary control and implementation. - Manage and supervise the development and implementation of Annual/Strategic Plans (ASPs) as well as official financial updates (LEs and OLs). - Manage / Supervise reporting activities respecting assigned deadlines and ensure accuracy of the information submitted. - Provide key financial support to the Country Manager on commercial, strategic and operational topics. - Analyze key finance impact of local projects and ensure that Iberia FP&A Lead and Finance Director are informed. - Provide ad hoc support to any Management request and manage various tasks and projects as they arise. **Who are we looking for - requirements**: - University/Masters degree in Economics/Finance and Accounting. - Min. 5 years experience in a FMCG Company in a similar position. - Fluent in English / Spanish highly recommended. - SAP / GPM knowledge is an asset. - Strong Excel skills coupled with advanced MS Office skills such as PowerPoint; Power BI is preferable. - Strong level of business understanding, knowledge of IFRS and ERP systems, strong communication & leadership skills. - Ability to accept/undertake risks, fast decision maker, ability to work under pressure. **Recruitment process**: Thank you very much for your interest in the role.
