The **Record to Report Direction** (R2R) of **EDP Global Solutions SA**, whose mission is to ensure the operation of the economic and financial activities supporting the EDP Group's activity, namely: i) the management of financial master data, ii) accounting, including accounting consolidation; iii) taxation, and iv) operational treasury management, including external and internal debt management, payments and receipts, bank management and cash forecasting, is looking to recruit for the **Guarantee Management** area.** **Main responsibilities**: - Management, control and monitorization of the entire process related to guarantees and similar products; - Registration of guarantees, according to their characterization and specificity, in the TMS; - Daily control of bank statements and accounting of direct debit operations - Validation of invoices and calculations of bank commissions; - Issuance and management, along with the bank entities, of bank guarantees requested by BUs of Portugal - Monthly closing process, validation of operations and accruals, and monitorization of the quarterly invoicing process; - Creation and organization of the documentation in sharepoint; - Analysis and answer to clarification requests; - Preparation of auditing and internal control information (SCIRF); - Execution of weekly and monthly planning reports of guarantee contracts; - Ensure reporting to the Holding and auditors of existing bank guarantee commitments for the purpose of preparing the R&C; - Prepare and send the information to Banco de Portugal about the transactions and operations with foreign countries, of the group companies based in Portugal. **Looking for people with the following requirements**: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Finance or related areas as long as those have provided relevant experience for the role; - Professional experience between 2 and 8 years in financial areas; - Knowledge of treasury tools is valued; - Proficiency in Portuguese and English, and being Spanish a value added; - Mastery of Office, with knowledge of SAP or Power BI being valued; - Problem solving, organizational and analytical skills; - Collaborative capacity and resilience; - Ability to perform operational activities. **About EDP**: As a socially responsible company, we incorporate our values and practices with the principles of Diversity and Inclusion.
