**Role**:Desktop Support Services

**Location**: On-site, Lisbon or Porto

**Requirements**:

- Troubleshooting and repairing hardware issues
- Installing software
- Isolating network issues
- Isolating or resolving supported printer and multi-function device issues
- Providing onsite, advanced software troubleshooting and support
- Providing advanced software troubleshooting and support remotely using support tools and processes
- Troubleshooting mobile device issues
- Troubleshooting remote access issues
- Ticket follow-up
- Lifecycle management (plan, coordinate, execute, communicate) for the types of equipment used as well as the associated 2nd level support and on-site service.
- Repair Management - Close cooperation with the hardware manufacturers (e.g., in case of recall/support cases)
- Stock management (anticipate the hardware needs for incoming requirements)
- Perform periodical manual inventories of the equipment in stock.
- Shipment Management of IT equipment
- Creation and update of documentation
- Isolating network issues
- Patching incl. local plugin of Hardware
- Install/Move/Add/Change (IMAC) Services
- Cascading PCs
- Configuring and deploying telephones
- Configuring PCs post-image
- Imaging and staging PCs or mobile devices
