A Winprovit encontra-se a recrutar Service Desk Agent, com capacidade de Desktop Management e Field Support, para integrar na sua equipa na zona de Lisboa.
**Perfil**:
- Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática, ou similar;
- Experiência em Administração de sistemas Windows, com bons conhecimentos em Active Directory e troubleshooting;
- Experiência comprovada no despiste e resolução de temas no âmbito de SI’s/TI’s
- Experiência em suporte informático, nomeadamente DTM - Desktop Management (preferencial);
- Certificação em ITIL Foundations (preferencial);
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar por turnos.
**Funções**:
- Assegurar o despiste/resolução de soluções de TI/SI, a End-User’s e soluções de lojas de retalho.
- Assegurar o acompanhamento dos tickets (incidents/requests/changes) registados, de modo a garantir os SLA’s end-to-end;
- Assegurar o serviço de Service Desk utilizando varias ferramentas de registo;
- Assegurar operações de Incidentes, Pedido, Alterados em AD, Exchange, O365;
