**Job Description**:
The purpose of this role is to manage the standard Operational Finance activities for the market. The role will build a successful team, manage process risk and drive continuous improvement initiatives across multiple processes.
- Reviews and implements process controls to ensure Operational Finance deliverables are achieved on an accurate and timely basis;
- Maintains and reviews documentation ensuring compliance with policies and audit requirements;
- Ensures clear governance is in place to manage changes to Master Data and its impact across multiple systems and processes including definitions and mapping rules;
- Develops and delivers on key process performance indicators;
- Effectively manages the team and its deliverables focussing on utilisation, effectiveness, cross-training and engagement;
- Drives delivery of continuous process improvement initiatives and implement best practices to achieve operational efficiencies;
- Engages closely with Commercial Finance and Financial Control teams, as well as other internal and external stakeholders to resolve key process issues;
- Effectively manages risk and escalations where process deficiencies are identified.

**Qualifications**:

- You have solid accounting experience - preferably in a project business environment;
- You are in your comfort zone when resilience and workload balance are on a high level;
- Very good knowledge or willingness to learn D365;
- You are strong in communication with a high willingness to drive effectiveness and efficiency in the day-to-day processes;
- You believe that DONE is better than perfect but still adhere to policies and compliance requirements;
- Very good English skills;
- You catch up independently with opportunities coming across your path.
