We are looking for an Operations Manager
We are seeking an organized and proactive individual who values challenges and is motivated to join a dynamic team. This position is for an Operations Manager, who will play a key role in creating a positive and smooth experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in coordinating daily operations of the properties, ensuring organization and functionality.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance work, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Support check-in and check-out processes, providing a positive experience for students.
- Monitor operational indicators, report deviations, and suggest process improvements.
- Collaborate in planning operations, including cost control, inventory management, and logistics.
- Act as the main point of contact with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor student satisfaction and handle complaints or specific requests.
- Promote safety measures and sustainable practices across the properties.
- Prepare operational reports for the Operations Coordination/Management, ensuring goals are met.

Technical Skills:

- Basic knowledge in operational management, maintenance, and logistics.
- Familiarity with technological tools such as PMS, CRM, and Excel.
- Experience in monitoring and reporting KPIs.

- Strong communication skills and a focus on customer service.
- Problem-solving ability and teamwork skills.
- Sensitivity when working with students from different cultural backgrounds.

Personal Traits:

- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity.
- Flexibility in dealing with unexpected situations and dynamic environments.
- Ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Portuguese and, ideally, English.
- Experience in the housing or tourism sector.

Pagamento: 1 250,00€ - 1 600,00€ por mês
