**Requirements**:

- **Develop CRM Strategy**:

- Design and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Define CRM objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals.
- **Customer Data Analysis**:

- Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for targeted marketing.
- Segment customers based on various criteria such as behavior, demographics, and purchase history.
- **Campaign Design and Management**:

- Develop and execute targeted CRM campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Create personalized customer journeys and automated workflows to enhance the customer experience.
- **Optimize Customer Journey**:

- Map out the customer journey and identify key touchpoints to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement strategies to optimize each stage of the customer lifecycle and reduce churn.
- **CRM Tool Management**:

- Ensure the effective use of CRM tools and platforms, including integration with other systems.
- Train and support team members on CRM best practices and tool usage.
- **Monitor and Report Performance**:

- Track and analyze CRM performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
- Use data-driven insights to continually refine and improve CRM strategies and campaigns, with a focus on reducing churn.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer relationship management.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in CRM management, marketing, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and segmentation.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and platforms (e.g., Activecampaign).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to design and execute effective CRM strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience with strategies to reduce customer churn.
- Passion for fitness, nutrition, and mental balance is a plus.
