** Your Responsibilities**
- Offer independent and proactive customer solutions.
- Advise, train, and support the customer before and after the purchase of services.
- Solve technical problems and answer questions about services and products.

✨ **Your Profile**
- You are **fluent in German** and proficient in English (B2).
- You are able to work for the project from Monday to Sunday on rotating shifts.
- You have an **interest and passion for Social Media.**
