The ValGenesis Partner Marketing Specialist is responsible for enabling ValGenesis partners to successfully market and sell the company’s products and solutions. This person will collaborate with partners directly to ensure they are fully trained with product knowledge, equipped with sales enablement tools, plan joint marketing activities, and review leads and pipeline opportunities. They will be the primary liaison with partners for all things marketing. Performance is measured based on the success of partners as well as structured feedback from the partners themselves.
**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary partner liaison and manage the marketing relationships with all ValGenesis partners. This includes proactively meeting with partner leads regularly to understand their needs, plans, and opportunities. Jointly develop marketing roadmaps, including collaborative trade show exhibitions, joint social media amplification, digital demand generation campaigns, thought leadership opportunities, and more.
- When opportunities arise, plan owned events with partners: single-day “lunch and learns”, in-person workshops, virtual webinars, and ValGenesis user conference attendance.
- Collaborate with the ValGenesis partner management team to jointly review pipeline goals and performance, then develop plans for achieving key lead generation and sales targets.
- Monitor partners on their use of ValGenesis materials and ensure brand alignment, cohesion, and proper use of trademarks.
- Run regular marketing education programs for partners to help them maximize their budget and personnel resources. Where possible, help partners become more effective in marketing tactics and measurement.
- Provide feedback to the partner management team on opportunities for program improvement.
- Occasionally visit partners or meet them in person at trade events.
**Requirements**:
- Authoritative, tested, and actionable experience across the breadth of marketing activities, including digital campaigns, brand awareness, lead management, event planning and execution, analytics and reporting, and more.
- Familiarity with channel-based revenue and the discipline of partner enablement.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation software.
- Willingness to learn (or prior familiarity with) the inside of large and small life sciences organizations: how they think, what they need, and where they go for answers.
- Next-level communication skills. The ability to write professionally and colloquially and the wisdom to know when to use each.

**How We Work**
Our Lisbon office is hybrid. We believe that in-person interaction and collaboration foster creativity, and a sense of community, and is critical to our future success as a company. Our hybrid schedule is 3 days per week, within a reasonable commuting distance to our Lisbon office.
