As a **Finance Manager**, you will play a critical role in driving the financial success of our client’s business. Reporting directly to key stakeholders, you will oversee all aspects of financial strategy, planning, and risk management. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with extensive expertise in **investment funds** and corporate finance

**Location**:Évora

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and strategic investment decisions
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage financial risks and ensure asset protection
- Coordinate external audits and manage compliance with financial regulations
- Supervise and enhance the performance of the finance team
- Oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and other financial assets
- Provide financial insights to support long-term business strategies
- Present monthly financial reports to stakeholders

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re seeking a talented and driven individual with the following qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years in finance or accounting roles, including senior positions
- Strong expertise in **investment funds**, corporate finance, and management accounting
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines
