Part-Time Executive Chef for Gourmet House Caviar and Deli.

**Position**:Part-Time Chef

**Location**:Av. Antonio Augusto de Aguiar 140C - Lisboa.

**Schedule**: Flexible.

**Company**: R.G.H Royal Gourmet House.

**About Us**: Gourmet House Caviar and Deli is a caviar bar specializing in gourmet seafood and

caviar dishes. We offer a unique dining experience with a focus on high-quality, exquisite

ingredients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and present gourmet seafood and caviar dishes with finesse and precision.
- Train and mentor staff on proper handling and presentation of caviar and seafood.
- Develop and refine recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste and appearance.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in a light cooking environment.
- Assist in inventory management and ingredient sourcing.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a chef, preferably in a fine dining or seafood-focused

establishment.
- Expertise in gourmet seafood preparation (Dealing with caviar is a plus).
- Strong leadership and training skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
