Part-Time Chef – Flexible Hours

We are ​opening two new 4-star hotels and are looking for a Part-Time Chef to support our F&B Consultancy Team during the pre-opening phase.

This position is flexible, task-based, and designed so you can keep your full-time job while earning extra income.

No daily cooking

Flexible hours (after work or weekends)

Perfect for chefs who want side income


Key Responsibilities

Assist with menu planning and food concepts

Support kitchen setup, organisation, and workflow planning

Verify OS&E items, equipment lists, and specifications

Help prepare recipe sheets, portion sizes, plating guides

Maintain food safety & HACCP standards in documentation

Support during soft-opening preparations

Coordinate with consultant and suppliers when needed


Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience as a chef (hotel or restaurant)

Basic knowledge of Portuguese, Mediterranean, or international cuisine

Understanding of food safety / HACCP

Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented

English or Portuguese language skills
