National Account Manager

At Lindt Portugal we are looking for a **National Account Manager **based in Lisbon.
Reporting to the Portugal Head of Sales, the main function will be to promote and develop the business near Key Off Trade accounts, according to the Strategic Plan and Objectives defined by the Company.
As a part of your main responsibilities will be:
- Boost the commercial activity of the assigned accounts in order to achieve the results of the target sales, guaranteeing the profitability and margin established.
- Establish agreements, conditions, and negotiations with the accounts.
- Track sales and detect new business opportunities.
- Focus on store-to-store negotiation in some retailers in order to create sustainable partnership relationships with the objective of developing new business opportunities.
- Administrative support, as well as implementation of action plans to achieve the objectives.
- Maintain a fluid and consistent level of communication with back-office teams that will support the day-to-day management of the customers.
- Manage & Develop a Sales Support head count on a day-to-day basis in order to secure the excellency of the support to the assigned accounts.
- You will have under your responsibility one Sales Support in your team.
**Experience & tools**:
- Bachelor/Master’s in Management or Economics
- Previous experience of 3 to 5 years in the management of large accounts within the FMCG market is mandatory.
**Languages**:
- Spanish basic or medium knowledge.
- English medium knowledge.
- Portuguese native
**Skills**:
