For one of our clients, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

**Trainer with German**

**Main responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver effective training programs for new hires and existing staff;
- Identify training needs and performance gaps through audits, surveys, and data analysis;
- Create and maintain training materials, procedures, and course content;
- Monitor and evaluate CSR performance across channels, providing actionable feedback to the training department;
- Ensure consistent quality standards through calibration sessions and stakeholder collaboration;
- Track performance trends, contribute to reports, and ensure compliance with company and client policies.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding CX process and experience of at least 1 year (preferably as a Coach, Trainer or Product Specialist) is a must;
- Strong **data analysis** skills with a keen eye for detail;
- Excellent verbal and written **communication skills** in English and German (C1 level);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
