**Aufgaben**:
- A Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Portugal pretende recrutar Técnico de Seguros. Esta nova posição irá reportar diretamente à Direção de Sales & Marketing.
- **Responsabilidades**:
- Dar suporte ao aumento do negócio de Seguros e a performance dos Concessionários;
- Ser o ponto de contacto para esclarecimento de questões por parte dos Concessionários;
- Realizar simulações de Seguros junto dos Concessionários;
- Promover a implementação dos processos e políticas de Seguros junto dos Concessionários;
- Analisar mensalmente os reports dos Concessionários;
- Suportar os Consultores da Rede no que se refere á área de Seguros;
- Preparar toda a informação para a Contabilidade de forma a validar o recebimento de comissões, sobre comissões e chargebacks;
- Analisar o portfolio de Seguros;
- Apoiar no desenvolvimento de campanhas de Seguros.- Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Portugal is looking for an Insurance Specialist. This new position will report directly to the Sales & Marketing Direction.- Support in the Insurance area regarding Dealers Performance and increase Insurance Business;
- Dealers support for Insurance questions/clarifications;
- Perform Insurance simulations for Dealers;
- Promote the implementations of the procedures and Insurance policies for Dealers;
- Analysis and Dealer monthly reporting;
- Liaise and support F&I Managers;
- Prepare the documentation for Accounting in order to verify the receipt of commissions, over commissions and chargebacks;
- Analysis and evaluation of the Insurance Portfolio;
- Support in the Insurance campaigns development.
**Qualifikationen**:
- **Perfil**:
- Licenciatura em Gestão, Seguros ou equivalente;
- Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência profissional;
- Conhecimento no setor do financiamento automóvel (preferencial);
- Excelente conhecimento de Seguros e dos seus processos;
- Fluente em português (obrigatório);
- Bons conhecimentos de inglês;
- Conhecimentos avançados de MS Office;
- Orientação para os sistemas digitais e data;
- Forte orientação para o cliente;
- Dinamismo, espírito de equipa e pro-atividade;
- Competência comunicacionais e de relacionamento interpessoal.- **Profile**:
- University degree in Management, Insurance or equivalent;
- Minimum 2 years of working experience;
- Experience in financial services business, mainly in automotive sector;
- Expert Knowledge in Insurance topics and processes;
- Fluent in Portuguese (mandatory);
- Good level of English;
- Advanced knowledge as an MS Office user;
- Digital and Data Driven;
- Costumer orientation excentric;
- Dynamism, team spirit and pro-activity;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
