While the schedule includes rotational shifts between 07:30 AM and 08:00 PM (including bank holidays), you'll have the predictability of weekday work. What You'll Be Doing: As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing comprehensive support and expert guidance. Your responsibilities will include: Handling Inbound and Outbound Communications: Skillfully managing customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.Providing Expert Product Knowledge: Answering detailed questions about our diverse range of insurance products and coverage options, ensuring clarity and understanding for our clients.Assisting with Policy Management: Guiding customers through policy cancellations with efficiency and sensitivity.Supporting Insurance Brokers: Acting as a knowledgeable point of contact for insurance brokers, directing their inquiries accurately and promptly.Maintaining a Professional Demeanor: Projecting a friendly, helpful, and professional image at all times, even in challenging situations.Ensuring Accurate Information: Providing precise and up-to-date information to customers, building trust and confidence in our services.Navigating Systems Efficiently: Utilizing our internal systems to access and update customer information accurately and efficiently. What You Bring to the Table: Exceptional Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Italian (C2) is essential, along with strong English (B2) communication skills (both written and verbal).Proven Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the insurance industry, is highly valued.Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to articulate information clearly, concisely, and professionally, both verbally and in writing.Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: A knack for identifying customer needs and providing effective and timely solutions.Empathy and Patience: The ability to understand and address customer concerns with empathy and maintain composure under pressure.Professionalism and Integrity: A commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.Strong Organizational Skills: The ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.A Positive and Can-Do Attitude: A proactive approach to your work and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers.Comfort with Technology: Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating various software applications.
