**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Product Manager to join our team, focusing on web and mobile platforms. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our digital products by overseeing their development, launch, and continuous improvement. Your primary responsibility will be to create exceptional user experiences and ensure the delivery of our web and mobile platforms in order to meet our customers' needs. You will be working with exceptional engineering, product and design teams. A commitment to collaborative problem solving is essential. It’s a great opportunity to help build a brand and product.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our web and mobile platforms. Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and analyse user feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Requirement Gathering and Documentation: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs, define product requirements, and document detailed specifications. Translate user requirements into clear and actionable product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- User Experience (UX) Design: Champion exceptional user experiences by collaborating with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms. Conduct user testing, analyse user behaviour, and iterate on designs to optimize usability and engagement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product strategies, features, and benefits to internal teams and executives, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

**A successful Product manager will have the following**:

- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on web and mobile platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.
- Experience with UX/UI design principles and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with web and mobile technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

**Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.

**Years of experience needed**:2-4 years of relevant product management, design, software engineering, or analogous experience.
