We are growing our team and looking for those interested in pursuing this dream with us and joining an ever-developing journey. **THE ROLE** As Indie Campers Head of Operations Strategy, you will be focused on optimising and developing Indie Campers Field Operations and its contact with other operations' teams such as Logistics, Fleet & Asset Management, Area Management and Customer Excellence, serving as a Project Manager in the implementation of new technological solutions, SOPs and partnerships that impact operations across Europe, North America and Oceania. You will be joining our Operations division in our Lisbon's HQ, reporting directly to the COO, and working very closely with Field Operations, Logistics, Fleet & Asset Management, Customer Excellence and Product, among others. **WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?** - Mapping, developing and creating SOPs to increase efficiency, reduce cost and improve quality of service - Create a Strategic Plan with OKRs, KPI's and Framework of processes for Operations Guidance - Create and upgrade performance control tools and metrics to ensure we can identify productivity issues. - Leading and managing improvement opportunity projects that will turn our operations smoother, more data driven and technological. - Accompany and measure the impact of implemented actions - Create processes, guidelines and flows to set-up Indie Campers operations in new countries and locations - Ensure that all Operations' teams' are aligned and working in harmony, eliminating task repetition or overlapping tasks and responsibilities **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** - Degree in Business Management, Engineering or similar; - 5 years of proven experience in Lean Management and Strategy Consultancy; - Exposed to fast paced expansion and internationalisation; - Highly analytical with a pragmatic approach; - Capacity to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation; - Fluent in English (fluency in additional languages, is a valued plus); - You thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations; **WHAT WE OFFER?** - The opportunity to be a key member in the scaling of a one-of-a-kind company in a fast-growing market; - The chance to work with outstanding people from many nationalities and backgrounds in a "scale-up culture", to revolutionise the campervan road trip market worldwide; - Free perks such as health insurance, Travel & Education vouchers, road trips in our campervans, breakfast and coffee in the office.
