**Location: Porto Office Park**

- **Rotational 3-shifts 24/7 schedule**: 07:00-16:00, 14:00-23:00, 22:30-07:30 - **Monday to Sunday**(5 days & 40hours / week)

**Project**:
**Join our Content Moderation Project** and help keep a popular social media platform safe and user-friendly
In this role, you will review and assess video content, ensuring it aligns with platform guidelines. After analysis, you’ll accurately tag each video based on your evaluation. This position is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail and a high tolerance for repetitive tasks.

**As a Content Moderator you will**:

- **Review content on the platform**to ensure compliance with platform policies, safety guidelines, and legal standards
- **Maintain high quality standards in moderation**:

- **Escalate complex or unclear cases** according to internal procedures

**Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance)**:

- **1100€ gross x 14 months** (it’s 1283€ gross x 12 months)
- **100€ gross x 12 months** - monthly paid **fixed project bonus**:

- **Meal allowance**: €7.23 net/day (approx. **€167,86 /month**) via meal card
- **Transport allowance**: €20/month
- **Night shifts: +25% per each hour** **worked**:

- **250€ gross - EXTRA PROJECT BONUS**(part of a **total of €3,000 gross paid monthly**during the first year of contract)
- **Your average monthly gross salaryrangesfrom €1,220 to €1,638, plus 2 extra salaries of €1,100 each**_ _(paid in June and November, proportionally to months worked)._
