As an F&B intern at Vila Vita Parc, you will immerse yourself in the art of culinary excellence and guest service. From welcoming guests to understanding menu ingredients, taking orders, and providing impeccable service, you will be an integral part of creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. Vila Vita Parc Branding and Commitment:

- Demonstrate a steadfast commitment to the values and mission of Vila Vita Parc, contributing to the preservation and strengthening of the brand's reputation and identity in all areas of operation.
- Represent and promote the Vila Vita Parc brand in all interactions and activities, ensuring that our standards of quality and excellence associated with our resort are maintained and reinforced.

Guest Welcome:

- Welcome guests with warmth and hospitality, creating a positive first impression and setting the tone for their dining experience.

Menu Knowledge:

- Familiarize yourself with the ingredients of the menu and à la carte dishes, and understand how they are prepared to provide informed recommendations to guests.

Beverage Knowledge:

- Know the beverages on offer, including wines, cocktails, and other beverages, and be able to make recommendations based on guest preferences.

Order Taking and Billing:

- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that guest preferences and special requests are noted and communicated to the restaurant management.
- Prepare invoices, ensuring prompt completion and meticulous attention to detail, while delivering exceptional service throughout the billing procedure.

Restaurant Setup and Cleanup:

- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring that the restaurant is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.
- Undertake daily and weekly cleaning duties in the restaurant to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Service Excellence:

- Perform dining service with meticulous attention to detail with commitment to deliverer an exceptional culinary experience.
- Serve drinks promptly and courteously, anticipating guest needs and ensuring a seamless dining experience from start to finish.

Personal Competencies:

- Respect the rules of the establishment regarding personal appearance, hygiene, and the working environment.
- Be flexible and autonomous in your role, capable of adapting to changing circumstances and taking initiative when needed.
- Manage stress effectively, maintaining composure and professionalism even during busy or challenging times.
- Accept criticism and use it as an opportunity for growth and improvement.
