Solutions 30 is seeking an experienced Community Manager to join our communication team. In this role, you will manage our company's online presence across various digital channels, including social media and other community-based platforms. As the Digital Community Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our online presence aligns with our brand's voice and effectively engages with our audience.

**Responsibilities**:
? Manage our social media platforms, including creating and scheduling content, responding to community inquiries and feedback, and monitoring online conversations;
? Develop and execute community-driven initiatives, including events, campaigns, and programs that engage and retain our audience;
? Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of community initiatives and provide regular reports to the team;
? Work closely with our marketing team to align community initiatives with business goals and strategies;
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that community initiatives are aligned with business objectives and support key initiatives.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

**Qualifications**:
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English;
