Atualmente, pretendemos aumentar a nossa equipa em Lisboa.
O teu papel como **Customer Service Manager** (M/F) é muito importante dentro da nossa organização. Terás como principal responsabilidade garantir a melhoria da experiência do cliente.
- O DIA-A-DIA DE UM CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER NA SLEEP.8:_
- Gerir as operações inerentes ao departamento e os colaboradores que fazem parte do mesmo;
- Coordenar a equipa e formá-la de forma assídua e consistente;
- Gerir e resolver reclamações de forma fluida e eficiente, em tempo hábil, com vista à satisfação do cliente;
- Realizar atendimento ao cliente esclarecendo dúvidas que possam ser colocadas pelos mesmos;
- Efetuar um serviço pós-venda para a melhoria continua da satisfação do cliente e dos processos da organização;
- Gerir e planear entregas, cooperando com o departamento de logística e os operadores de loja;
- Recolher avaliação de satisfação por parte dos clientes;
- Gerir os pagamentos dos clientes em cooperação com o departamento financeiro;
- Gerir vendas/ encomendas on-line (website; redes sociais);
- Gerir informações sobre stock em cooperação com a rede de lojas.
- O QUE PROCURAMOS EM TI: _
- Formação académica mínima ao nível do Ensino Secundário;
- Experiência em gestão de clientes;
- Espírito crítico;
- Fortes competências de organização, planeamento, responsabilidade e comunicação;
- Fluente em língua inglesa;
- Residência na zona de Lisboa.
