**THE ROLE**

As Customer Service Coordinator at Care to Beauty, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers continue to love their experience with us. As a key player, you'll be tasked with leading our customer service teams, overseeing performance metrics, and implementing best practices to deliver unparalleled service. This role will provide a unique opportunity to work closely with our co-founders and be involved in high-level strategy meetings.

**Specifically, we expect you to**:

- Oversee and manage departmental performance indicators.
- Emphasize and ensure quick customer response times.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product specialists to provide top-notch customer support.
- Boost team motivation and keep enthusiasm levels high.
- Develop a robust training plan within the customer service domain.
- Refine and enhance current work manuals.
- Partner with expert outsourcing companies for valuable insights.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Mandatory requirements**:

- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Customer Service, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with proven team management capabilities.
- Demonstrable success in serving international markets and customers.
- Must be fluent in both Portuguese and English (C1 level).
- Strong empathy with a genuine love for assisting individuals.
- Highly tech-savvy with proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Solution-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Analytical mind with a keen attention to detail.

**Brownie Points**:

- Experience with Zendesk for efficient customer support.
- Familiarity with marketplace operations and dynamics.
- A deep passion and understanding of beauty and cosmetics industry.
