**About the job Project Manager**:
**Context**

The Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining the standards of project management, ensuring the operational monitoring of activity in Clarity tool (resource management, timesheets, monitoring and feedback, capacity plan)

**Tasks details**

Identify opportunities and the feasibility of the project

Contribute to improve the solutions optimizing the cost and the functionalities

Contribute to simplify the need and / or the solution on different phases of the project

Participate in functional specifications

Identify impacts of the project based on the strategy and objectives given by the sponsor

Evaluate risks that may arise during the project implementation

Define objectives and deadlines for achieving deliverables by ensuring the expected quality, cost and deadline

Define and implement steering bodies (Steering committee, project committee, etc.)

Ensure the steering, monitoring and coordination of the project

Ensure the alignment of the delivered project with the business objectives

Manage and measure progress (planning of steering committees, KPIs dashboard, etc.)

Define management process and tools

Monitor expenditure authorizations granted

Monitor commitment authorizations and / or budget

Guarantee the escalation of alerts when necessary as well as quality and appropriate reporting

Ensure that the agenda is included and the file is prepared for the project governance bodies (investment committee, etc.) according to the defined rules

Define testing and validation strategy

Work with PROD team checking the conditions of deployment, migration and operability for putting the products into production

Organize the transition from project to operations

Manage project assessment and project closure

Identify stakeholders necessary to achieve the objectives of the project and ensure their commitment

Supervise and coordinate all the actors of the project (end users, Business Departments, Approval...)

Define and monitor project objectives by team members

Organize and lead steering committees with decision-makers

Contribute to the assessment of resources by identifying areas for improvement and proposing appropriate action plans

Be the main and direct contact of project sponsor

Be responsible for all communication for the stakeholders

**Mandatory Skills**

Fluent in English

Strong experience in IT projects

Strong experience in Agile methodology

Minimum 6 years of experience

Autonomous, rigorous with a high personal commitment

**Additional Skills (nice to have)**

Summarization capabilities;
French speaker
