- HR GENERALIST - GERMAN SPEAKER (F/M/D)**Responsibilities**:
- Recruiting Process:
- Job posts on different job boards (via a Recruiting tool)
- Scheduling of interviews
- Preselection of applicants (most of the time in German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, etc.)
- Workday Process:
- Handling of Workday - can be trained in detail
- Preparation of On-boarding plans
- Preparation of Off-boarding documents
- Issue all types of certifications to employees, mainly for Germany
- Provide support in various HR-related topics for the entire “Employee Life Cycle process
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or other relevant fields
- 1-3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
