**¿Dónde trabajarás?**:
Una empresa multinacional esta buscando un/a Customer Service Advisor con Español fluido para sus oficinas en Portugal.

**¿Qué harás?**:

- Apoyo en la asistencia telefónica/correo/correo electrónico a los clientes existentes y a los nuevos/potenciales, resolviendo las consultas de los clientes.
- Mantener los datos recibidos de los clientes de forma precisa y oportuna.
- Gestionar las peticiones al gestor adecuado para las solicitudes complejas/área responsable (ventas, crédito por cobrar, entrega, etc.)
- Transferir las diferentes consultas por parte de los clientes al departamento adecuado

**¿A quién buscamos?**:

- Disponer de estudios secundarios (Bachillerato)
- Nível de Español fluido y valorable nível básico de Inglés
- Conocimiento básico de SAP/ERP
- Experiência previa de 1 año en Customer Service (Back Office /Front Office).
- Capacidad para mantener una buena comunicación telefónica y por correo con los clientes a diario (gestión de solicitudes, quejas, etc.)
