Restaurant Manager Michelin Star Restaurant

My client is currently seeking a restaurant manager to join their well known 2 Michelin star restaurant in Cambridge.
**This role allows the opportunity to relocate to the UK.**
The Restaurant Manager will ensure that the restaurant operate efficiently and profitably while not only maintaining their reputation and ethos but also improving it. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the business performance of the restaurant, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety. Any applicant must have the ability to lead a team and set examples for all to work by.
The Restaurant management position combines strategic planning, shift and day-to-day management activities. The role extends to creative aspects, whether it is a say in uniform design, crockery for the restaurant and the all-round presentation of the room.
This Restaurant management will be fast-paced and highly demanding.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant.
- Analysing and planning restaurant sales levels, profitability and staff accordingly.
- Setting budgets and/or agreeing them with senior management.
- Liaise with Kitchen staff with regards to customer requirements / feedback.
- Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant.
- Managing staff and providing them with feedback.
- Responding to customer complaints.
- Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards
Have a positive approach to work and staff
Flexible with a can do attitude
Excellent communicator both verbal and written
**Experience**:
- Restaurant Management: 5 years
- Michelin Star experience: 2 years

**Salary**: 45,000.00€ - 55,000.00€ per year
