Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced **Restaurant Manager** to lead our team with passion and precision. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of both the front-of-house and kitchen teams, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. You’ll be hands-on, proactive, and ready to step in at any stage of service when needed.
**Your Responsibilities**
- **Lead by example** - Be a hands-on leader with a strong operational presence.
- **Deliver an exceptional guest experience** - Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to uphold high standards.
- **Oversee daily operations** - Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant service.
- **Manage and motivate the team** - Inspire staff to perform at their best.
- **Organize schedules & staffing** - Plan shifts while maintaining service quality.
- **Handle guest interactions** - Welcome guests, manage feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.
- **Ensure compliance** - Guarantee adherence to hygiene, safety, and service regulations.
- **Support and develop the team** - Lead pre-service briefings, train staff, and foster a positive work environment.
- **Assist during peak hours** - Jump in to support service when needed.
- **Manage financial transactions** - Oversee cash handling and payments.
- **Recruit and train** - Conduct interviews and onboard new team members.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience as a **Restaurant Manager** or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and service excellence.
- Experience in recruitment, staff training, and performance management.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
