- Monitor and optimize deliverability, list health, and engagement metrics, ensuring consistent campaign success and maximizing return on investment.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance, uncover insights, and continuously optimize strategies for greater impact.
- Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure seamless execution.
- Fluency in English (Spanish, French or German language skills preferred)
- Autonomous, customer-focused approach with bias for action, curiosity, and innovation
- Motivation to thrive in high-growth environments with ambitious goal
