**What can you expect?**:
As a consulting analyst, you will support consultants in all aspects of pensions consulting on both corporate and trustee clients.

You will work directly with Ireland-based consultants and support teams in Portugal and Ireland to coordinate and manage the delivery of services to our clients.

**We will rely on you to**:

- Help consultants to manage a portfolio of clients on a day-to-day basis: managing and tracking ongoing actions for clients, drafting correspondence to clients on a range of consulting issues, contact external providers (namely insurance companies) and supporting in the billing process;
- Manage client, member, and providers queries on a day-to-day basis;
- Support in the preparation of Trustee meetings packs;
- Updating various governance documents;
- Prepare communications to members regarding any changes to their plan;
- Prepare relevant statements to members on leaving, retirement and death for insured schemes.

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelors or Master’s in Economics, Management or similar;
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills;
- Understanding of pensions and insurance life markets;
- Attention to detail is critical;
- Strong problem solving skills & ability to clearly articulate complex issues;
- Excellent planning and organisational skills in order to prioritise and effectively manage a wide variety of ongoing tasks, in order to meet the multiple deadlines;
- Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients. Comfortable dealing with clients contacts;
- Proactive and goal oriented;
- Good team player;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (in particular a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
- Sometimes, adherence to tight deadlines will be important.
