**Customer Service Representative (M/F/d)**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will monitor and analyze telemetry data from our medical and industrial device and receive urgency calls 24h
- Collaborate with technical teams to identify, troubleshoot and resolve any issues
- You will support the implementation of telemetry systems across multiple locations
- Furthermore, you will review and analyze telemetry data to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Respond to monitoring alerts and notifications in a timely and effective manner
- Participate in regular meetings with technical teams to provide updates on telemetry system performance
- Communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders

**What makes you great**
- You have a High School degree
- Customer Service (Front Office / Order Entry /Back Office) /Sales experience preferred
- You have a native level of Portuguese and Spanish and English level B1 (preferred)
- SAP/ERP Basic Knowledge (preferred)
- Agility using Computer / different software and screens
- You are highly organized, adaptable individual with effective time management and prioritization skills
- Build credibility with internal and external customers
