Senior Product Manager

**Your mission**:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of delightful UX while providing a solid portfolio of service offerings to our customers.

Finoa currently supports 10+ of the most exciting protocols as well as more than 170 ERC-20 tokens and we are always looking to integrate the networks with the highest potential in the industry.

As the owner of the Customer platforms you will manage the introduction, evolution and optimization of the Finoa offering. You will work with relevant stakeholders, collect customer feedback and own the customer journey in its interaction with Finoa services.

**In this role, you will**:

- Manage and track the key metrics of the Finoa Customer Platforms (revenue, usage, quality, timeliness of delivery).
- Work closely with the Blockchain/API teams to create the best Web3 UX for our institutional customer base and offer custody, staking and Web3/DeFi connectivity services.
- Supervise all Finoa customer-facing platforms involved in service provisioning (WebApps and Mobile App), expand the portfolio of services and Finoa monetization.
- Own, plan and deliver the roadmap of these platforms.
- Ensure clear communication to customers via the product.
- Monitor service levels and manage communication with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain the knowledge base for platform and relative services so that it may be accessed and used by our engineers and our customer facing teams.

**What you need to be successful**:
**Must-have**
- Strong experience in Product Management, creating and shipping customer-oriented products and working with cross functional teams.
- Track product performance for breakfast.
- Good experience with agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
- You devise well thought out roadmaps to deliver maximum value.
- Experience working with Web3 and/or Fintech products and services and are knowledgeable in the different stages of their development cycle.

**Nice-to-have (a plus but not mandatory)**
- Knowledge of the crypto space and current local and international regulatory landscape.
- A track record leading a team for integrations.
- Having worked with products at scale.
- Technical background/expertise.
