Bartender for Our Two Michelin Star Restaurant

For our two Michelin Star Restaurant and Bar we are looking for a personable, passionate, driven and knowledgable Bartender. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a talented professional who takes pride in delivering impeccable service and crafting memorable experiences for our guests. Key responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, organized & fully stocked bar area -Prepare & serve a range of cocktails, aperitifs & other beverages -Provide attentive service, greet & seat guests arriving in bar area -Engage guests in friendly conversations -Coordinate & work in harmony with all other team members to deliver exceptional service
- 5 years of experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant or luxury hospitality. -Expertise in Mixology with the ability to craft a whide range of cocktails, aperitifs & beverages with precision and creativity -Fluent in at least 2 out of 3 languages: Portuguese, German, and English (additional languages are a plus). -Have a guest focused personality, warm, engaging with a professional demeanor -Attention to detail in organization & cleanliness of bar -Team player with excellent collaboration skills -Knowledgeable & passionate about wines, spirits & beverages with enthusiasm for learning & sharing new insights -Flexible & adaptable If you are passionate about exceptional service, artistry in mixology, and being part of an elite team dedicated to excellence, we invite you to bring your talents to Vila Joya.
