Within Strategy and Technology, you will be part of the Infrastructure team,, which ensures the stability, availability and high performance of the IT infrastructure that serves Nokia’s entire workforce and upholds the technology for almost every single interaction of the company’s business.

This includes the continuous advancement of our Digital Workplace and IT support to a global community of end-users. Our aim is to keep our end-users satisfied every day and provide the tools and processes that create a great user experience and allow maximum productivity.

**What you will learn and contribute to**

The **Data Manager** plays a pivotal role on managing the information and knowledge, that feed an ever-growing largescale network of tools, automations, service desk agents and virtual agents that supports our end users.

He/She will be responsible for designing and implementing the knowledge lifecycle management processes for the multiple collections of artifacts that feed our consolidated knowledge base. The Data Manager works in strong cooperation with the owners of the knowledge bases as well as the consumers of the data.

Furthermore, the Data Manager will support the selection, implementation, and operation of the tooling for Data / Knowledge Management, as part of a global team.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Be the main responsible for the management of support knowledge in a hybrid environment that integrates service desk tools, virtual bots and user guidance materials
- Define the knowledge management strategy and processes for our collection of knowledge bases in multiple systems and maintain high quality, up-to-date, and searchable content for audiences of varying skill level including end users and help desk
- Analyze and evaluate the quality and usage of the knowledge materials, using the statistical data provided by each tool
- Engage with internal and external stake holders and ensure their contributions
- Support implementation and testing of new solutions from a knowledge manager perspective
- Support other IT stake holders

**Your skills and experience**

**Professional skills and experience**
- University degree or comparable education
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in change management and/or knowledge Management.
- Experiences in international IT Delivery organizations is a plus
- Experience with Service Now is a plus
- Experience with O365 is a plus
- Knowledge of automated knowledge management tools
- Strong analytical abilities
- Fluent English language
- Passionate for innovation and end user satisfaction
