**Technical Sales Manager (m/w/d) for Digital Services in Siemens Mobility, Customer Service**

By designing, implementing and maintaining advanced Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, we are helping our Mobility customers transform their business and turn their asset data into valuable information.
Within Siemens Mobility Customer Services, the DSS (Data Services Sales) team spearheads the acquisition process of IT- and Data related services. We are hiring a **Technical Sales Manager for Digital Services (m/w/d)** for our organization in Portugal.

**What are the key tasks of this role?**
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into solution offerings based on the Siemens Mobility Customer Service SaaS portfolio
- Consult and advise customers on how to achieve their business objectives through digital transformation
- Define strategies for opportunity acquisition and customer development
- Produce budgets and technical solution descriptions together with Siemens solution engineers, solution architects, regional sales organizations and other project related stakeholders
- Create competitive and profitable customer price proposals, present them to internal and external stakeholders and support contract negotiation
- Collect and analyze market requirements and convey findings to the Customer Service organization as input for strategic decisions and product portfolio development
- Support the Product Management team in creating go-to-market and pricing concept
**What is the profile we are looking for?**
- More than 3 years of relevant professional experience in Technical Sales and at least in one other area e.g. Project Management or Maintenance Services
- Professional experience in technical tender preparation, in the solution and system integration business
- Good knowledge of software product and software solution business; knowledge of IT and communication protocols is a big plus
- Knowledge or background in the railways market, namely signaling systems
- Ability to coordinate technical teams during bid preparation in international environments
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Be customer and value oriented - be result driven, have critical-thinking/analytical capabilities and good cultural sensitivity
- Business fluency in English is a must; other languages are valued
