As a Junior Content Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting the content team with various tasks related to content creation and management. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about writing, editing, and creating engaging content. You will be working closely with experienced content professionals and the marketing team, contributing to the development of compelling materials that resonate with our target audience.
**YOUR DAY-TO-DAY**:
- **Content Creation**:Assist in generating written content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, website pages, newsletters, and other marketing materials. Work collaboratively with the team to brainstorm and develop fresh and engaging ideas.
- **Editing and Proofreading**:Review and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines. Help in maintaining a high standard of quality for all written materials.
- **Content Management**:Help organize and manage content assets, such as images, videos, and documents, ensuring they are properly translated, categorized, and readily accessible for team members.
- **Research**:Conduct research on industry trends, relevant topics, and competitors' content to gain insights and support content ideation and strategy.
- **SEO Optimization**:Assist in implementing basic search engine optimization techniques, such as keyword research and content formatting, to improve content visibility and search rankings.
- **Social Media Support**:Contribute to social media content creation and scheduling, aligning with the overall content strategy and maintaining consistent branding.
- **Collaboration**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, to align content with broader company initiatives and objectives.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:Monitor content performance metrics, compile data, and create basic reports to assess the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- **Content Calendar Management**:Help manage the content calendar, ensuring that content is delivered timely, and deadlines are met.

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM**:
- Bachelor's degree in Publicity, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Exceptional writing and editing Portuguese skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
- **Excellent English level is mandatory.**:
- Good Spanish level is a plus.
- A passion for creating compelling and creative content that engages target audiences.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with various content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize information from various sources.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
