We are currently recruiting for a Shared Service Center looking to expand its Marketing team. The Content Manager will be responsible for supporting segment on commercial content and leveraging the content marketing platform.

**Responsibilities**:
- Support segment in content strategy to define all digital asset needed in campaigns- Build content planning to leverage digital assets component inside campaigns.- Act as the central figure in charge of organizing all the content and keeping others adherent to deadlines.- Ensure our content marketing platform adaption by all teams, build & manage its governance and guideline, is responsible for the platform evolution, align on naming conversion and on tracking coherence- Support repurpose content by identifying top performing pieces of content and repackage them into other formats- Refresh existing content. Will review existing content and update it with the latest information and SEO best practices.- Optimize all content descriptions and previews. Ensure content descriptions and previews in across channel feeds are packaged with persona interests in mind.- Manage content inventory ad lifecycle- Work very closely with the search optimization & reporting team members to understand where your audience is will help you decide which social channels to promote your content on.- Measure conversion and content engagement results. Compare digital assets performance. This measurement requires a full understanding on digital marketing performance and independency eco-system Analytics.-
- Advise segments and digital marketing Director on concrete recommendation to improve search optimization across the web

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Proven track record in content engagement achievement
- Ability to work internationally
- Ability to manage and work with Sales, IT, Procurement, Creative Center, Digital and Communication teams
- Fluent English
