Ensure effective management and compliance of the Adroana Flight Simulator Training Device (FSTD) and training facility. Collaborate with all key departmental stakeholders to ensure an exceptional level of simulator performance and act as the NetJets representative during audits, visits and training events at the Adroana training facility. Manage the NetJets CAMO training programme, in collaboration with the Maintenance department, to provide employees with the appropriate skills, knowledge and attitude to ensure business needs are met whilst guaranteeing compliance with applicable EU, UK, ANAC and Portuguese law and NetJets standards and procedures.
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of NTA training centre, including the synthetic training device, emergency exit doors and smoke trainer, to ensure proper serviceability and usage;
- Maintain the qualification of the synthetic training device and ensure it is operated in compliance with EU and ANAC regulatory requirements to fully satisfy both internal and external audits/inspections.
- Host audits/inspections, visits and training events held at the NTA training centre.
- Create budgets for all costs associated with the NTA training centre and NetJets CAMO training programme, providing detailed reports to executive management to justify expenditures;
- Develop, monitor and continuously review the NetJets CAMO training programme, in collaboration with the Maintenance department, to ensure best use of advanced training methodology, optimum utilisation of resources and timely and efficient achievement of training objectives while fully meeting all applicable EU, UK, ANAC, and NetJets requirements and standards;
- Ensure FSTD and CAMO instructors are adequately selected and trained (initial and recurrent) in accordance with regulatory requirements and have the appropriate course material;
- Regularly monitor instructors’ performance and ensure training and examinations are conducted on schedule and with high levels of quality;
- Maintain formal and regular communication with Maintenance management to support with the development and coordination of the annual CAMO training;
- Collaborate with senior management to identify improvement opportunities in Maintenance training processes in support of the Training Centre of Excellence;
- Provide support during the planning and execution of projects as assigned by the Crew Training Senior Manager.

- Aviation related Engineering degree or aviation operational experience or Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field with extensive aviation operational experience;
- Knowledge of EASA legislation applicable to Flight Crew and/or Maintenance training;Experience in Project Management;
- Official Certificate as Train the trainer and/or relevant experience desirable;
- Experience in course development and e-learning desirable;
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken);
- Proficiency in MS Office.
