**Customer Service Advisor - Dutch Speaker (M/F/d)**

Porto (Maia), Portugal (req7878)

**What you will enjoy doing**
- Ensuring that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained is part of your job
- Maintenance of Master Data Management - covering Customer Master Data, Contract Management and Pricing Master
- In addition, you will manage channel requests to the appropriate person responsible for complex requests / responsible area (sales, credit to cash, delivery, etc.)

**What makes you great**
- Native Dutch and English level B1 (mandatory)
- SAP/ERP basic knowledge is needed to fulfil this role
- You have previous experience in customer service (Front Office/ Order Entry /Back Office) - preferred

**What we offer you**

**This role is a full time position based on a limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 07:00hr till 16:00hr.
