We are thrilled to extend an exciting job opportunity for the position of Contact Center Agent within the Banking Sector at our client’s company. We are currently seeking a skilled individual fluent in Dutch and Flemish to join the dynamic team in Porto/Trindade.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing accurate information about our client banking products and services;
- Assisting customers with account-related matters, transactions, and troubleshooting;
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing concerns effectively and efficiently;
- Collaborating with team members to improve overall service quality.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Dutch (C2, native level speaker);
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1/C2);
- Previous experience in a customer service bank/finance or contact center role is advantageous;
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in variable and rotating shifts, including Saturdays.

**Working Hours**:
40 hours per week, rotating from Monday to Saturday. Monday to Friday, the schedule rotates between 8am and 7pm, and on Saturdays, it has a fixed schedule from 8am to 5pm. Sunday is a fixed day off + another rotating day off.
