**Job Description**:
**What will be your responsibilities?**
- Develops and maintains a deep understanding of the CXM Business model and its revenue generation; continuously grows expertise in end-to-end PTP, OTC, RTR, and CJL processes;
- Acquires a deep understanding of the system architecture and the finance-relevant data model details;
- Engages with stakeholders to understand their requirements to effectively initiate and coordinate tool and process improvements eliminating inefficiencies
- Drives coordination, and implementation of D365 change requests, bug fixes, updates and releases;
- Collaboratively creates and maintains workable Standard Operating Procedures;
- Advises on best practices to efficiently improve the way of working;
- Supports KPI-based productivity control and improvement of projects;
- Preserves a positive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- You bring at least 3-5 years of accounting experience - preferably in a project business environment;
- You've already worked successfully with remote teams;
- Very good knowledge or willingness to learn D365 and PowerBI;
- You are strong in communication with a high willingness to manage change;
- You strive for solutions and you are an outspoken team player;
- Very good English skills;
- Seeking innovative ways of working, you catch up independently with opportunities coming across your path.
