Change and Configuration Manager | Multinational Company | Final Client

The company you are going to work for

Integrate a multinational company, headquartered in Germany, that operates in the pharmaceutical sector and is distinguished as a global leader in pain management and related diseases. As a part of their growth, they are expanding to the third Group Business Services Unit in Lisbon alongside one in Germany and Latin America.

Your new role

Ensures the processes are executed properly at each described step;
Ensures the appropriate inputs / outputs are being produced;
Delivery of the processes related trainings;
Ensures process awareness in the Team, Business and other Process Teams;
Act as an Escalation point for all Process related issues;
Producing & Monitoring Process KPI Reports and ensures that the SLA & KPI’s delivery at agreed levels;
Provides Support to IT Stakeholders and Service Management Functions;
Ensure the CMDB is updated at all moments, guarantying that the coherence of the relations between assets and that the impact of changes is always reflected.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience in Change Management, Asset/Configuration Management and co-related processes;
Good understanding of ITIL Processes;
Understanding of the business continuity process;
Customer Relationship - able to establish quick working relationships / empathy with the customers;
Team Work and flexible approach;
Ability to work under pressure;
Decisive judgement - not afraid of taking informed decisions;
Good interpersonal and coaching skills;
Excellent Problem-Solving skills;
Good written and oral communication skills in English (and other languages if applicable).
