**_Your role: _**
As a Financial Business Analyst, you will accompany our clients (some of them being leading investment banks) in their transformation journey in Porto, Portugal, which includes:

- Studying of the project: Analysis of the Business Requirements, defining the planning.
- Writing the functional specifications and User Stories.
- Supporting the development team and running workshops.
- Coordinating the project stakeholders.
- Tracking and reporting the project progression.
- Elaborating the test strategy in collaboration with all the project actors.
- Defining the functional test cases and realizing the test acceptance.
- Managing and responding to Support Requests.
- Assisting and training users on the new solutions.
- _What we are looking for: _*
- At least one significant experience as a Business Analyst/Functional Support.
- Knowledge of CIB Bank Activities (front - middle - back office, data flow)
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are fundamental
- Good interpersonal skills to work with teams that are remote (AGILE method)
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English (B2 or equivalent is mandatory)
- French is a plus
- The ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments concurrently
- Strong analytic abilities, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
- Team spirit, high energy, and initiative
- Technical skills: SQL Knowledge, Excel Knowledge, KYC is a plus

**Salary**: 25,000.00€ - 35,000.00€ per year
