As a Senior Operations & Central Functions Controller, you will be a key partner for the business by facilitating effective decision-making through accurate financial information and reports.

In your new role you will:

- Monitor **monthly expenses and respective accounting accuracy**:

- Be responsible for the **creation and administration of Sales Offices Yearly POs**(Rent, Facilities, Cleaning) and miscellaneous orders - cost center and headcount planning, etc.
- Be responsible for Year Budget and Annexes for Sales Agency Agreements with European Non-Cons entities and other 3rd Parties
- **Develop and prepare financial data**in different areas to support Sales, Marketing and Distribution Finance (SMD) with a **focus on controlling Sales Offices**(SLA's, commissions), **global investment**responsibility, and support for **overall reporting**for SMD Controlling
- Be responsible for **Ad-hoc requests from Finance**at SMD global structure Group
- Prepare **Finance Monthly Review analysis**and **headcount report**for Group Controlling and Planning
- **Support handover of new activities**: take-over phase and documentation

**Please note that we offer a temporary contract to cover/replace a maternity leave.**

You have a hands-on mentality, creativity, and excellent communication skills. Able to adapt well to new situations and your counterparts, you quickly establish a trusting and constructive working relationship through your way of communicating. You have a problem-solver mindset and strong analytical and organizational skills. Furthermore, living up to high-quality standards, you always focus on the business needs, in order to achieve top results.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A **Bachelor or above Degree**, major in **Finance or Business Administration**related fields
- At least **3 years of relevant working experience in Controlling**, **Finance**, or a similar position - preferably in an international and multicultural environment
- Strong **analytical skills**, with **attention to detail**and **pragmatic approach**with the ability to see the wider financial impact
- The ability to **build positive and constructive relationships**to work in collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders
- Excellent **Microsoft Excel**and **PowerPoint skills**and affinity for IT tools and digitalization in Finance
- Experience with **SAP**and **OneStream**is a plus
- Fluency in **English**
