We are currently recruiting for a leading supplements brand in Portugal, which have a powerful team, always innovating and delivering the best to positively impact our customers' lives, providing fitness, energy, health and well-being.

They are currently looking to strengthen their team with a **Key Account Manager** (M/F) for their office located in **Agualva-Cacém, Sintra.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and build a lasting relationship with our customers.
- Commercial portfolio management, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Acquisition of new business clients by actively seeking opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to recommend product enhancements or new offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

**Ideal Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in management / marketing / international business or similar (preferred).
- **Fluent in Portuguese and in English (mandatory)**:

- **Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools.**:

- Excellent verbal and written skills, persuasive and engaging.
- Resilience, patience, active listening, and good observation.
- Proven experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the sports nutrition industry.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation.
- **Available immediately and to work on-site in Agualva-Cacém, Sintra**
