SMARTSOURCING & MANAGEMENT - COO TRAINEE (JOB NUMBER: 2404LCF18060) **About the Team** The COO Department mission is to promote a transversal approach to efficiently serve all its clients, with a territory mandate and constant aim at: - Maximizing clients’ experience by fostering responsiveness and processes' streamlining - Helping clients grow successfully and in a sustainable manner, mitigating operational risks - Fostering innovative ways of working to increase operational quality and efficiency **About the job** The team is looking for a trainee profile whose mission will be to contribute to the COO Department strategic projects, tasks and initiatives where the team is involved, bringing fresh perspectives, ideas and insights, aiming to achieve collective goals and deliverables, but also allowing the trainee to build his/hers own professional path by learning from experienced team members.
