**Your new role**:
To accelerate the transformation path and establish a Financial Center of Excellence in Portugal, we are looking for Accounting Specialist in order to:
Actively participate in the setup of a Finance Center of Excellence (CoE) in Portugal to mutualize the financial processes;
Perform the activities of the process according to the established standards and delays and assure the reliability of the information;
Provide support and communicate with the Country Relays and partners about the process, ensuring the fulfillment of the Service Level Agreement;
Pro-actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the process in terms of efficiency and automation; Contribute to the improvement of the competence level of the teams, through defining standard procedures, training and functional coaching.

**What you need to be successful**:
Education in Finance, Accounting or similar;
Previous experience of 2-3 years;
Good knowledge of Accounting and Finance Tools;
Project Management and Lean Management knowledge are valued;
Very good English level (mandatory), other languages knowledge is valued;
Previous experience in Shared Service Center in valued.
