Are you a motivated and organized individual looking to play a key role in a growing company? **DearBreakfast** is seeking a talented **Office Administrator** to join our team in Lisbon.

This is a full-time, on-site position where you will ensure the smooth operation of our office and provide essential administrative support.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in office management, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage office inventory, order supplies, and optimize office layout for efficiency.
Provide administrative support to HR, operations, CEO, and restaurant managers.
Assist HR with recruitment and contract preparation, ensuring compliance with Portuguese labor laws.
Coordinate with external professionals (accountants, lawyers, architects) as needed.
Anticipate and resolve administrative and operational challenges to maintain office efficiency.

**Requirements**:
Advanced knowledge of Portuguese labor laws and the Portuguese labor code.
Experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
French spoken and written is a plus.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Recruitment first contact and/or contract management.
Familiarity with stock management tools or systems. aswell as the portuguese law.
